It has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, one bedroom for up to three people (double bed + single bed) and another suite for up to three people (double bed + single bed) on the lower floor, and on the upper floor another suite with a double bed for two people. The open common area offers a complete view of the kitchen and living room, in addition to a balcony that complements the living room on the lower floor, providing a cozy atmosphere. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your stay: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and other utensils. The living room has a Smart TV and sofa. The apartment has a balcony on the upper floor with an outdoor dining area.

The Terrace Porto das Baleias Condominium has an outdoor swimming pool for both adults and children. It also boasts a lake view that will make your afternoons even more relaxing. The location is privileged, and less than 5 minutes' walk is the entrance to the village of Praia do Forte. Access to the beach is through the condominium itself.

Oferecemos um ambiente confortável, aconchegante, e decorado lindamente! O imóvel dispõe de 2 suítes climatizadas no andar superior, sendo cada uma com cama de casal. Temos mais uma suíte no térreo que possui uma cama de casal + uma cama de solteiro para acomodar uma criança de até 12 anos. No andar térreo há também um lavabo e sala de estar climatizada com Smart Tv. Cozinha integrada completamente equipada com eletrodomésticos para facilitar sua estada: micro-ondas, fogão, forno, geladeira, além de filtro de água e utensílios.

A varanda também é integrada com a sala e garante um ambiente arejado e confortável com mesa de jantar, sofá e churrasqueira para reunir os amigos e a família em seu aluguel por temporada. Tudo isso ao lado de uma piscina privativa para curtir ainda mais! Existe, adicionalmente, uma área de serviço equipada com máquina de lavar roupa. Acomodamos confortavelmente até 6 adultos e 1 criança de até 12 anos.
