O imóvel dispõe de 2 suítes climatizadas no andar superior, sendo uma com cama de casal, e a segunda com uma beliche + uma cama auxiliar que pode acomodar uma criança de até 12 anos. Temos mais uma suíte no térreo (esta com banheiro adaptado para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida) que possui uma cama de casal + uma cama de solteiro para acomodar uma criança de até 12 anos. No andar térreo há também um lavabo e sala de estar climatizada com Smart Tv. Cozinha integrada completamente equipada com eletrodomésticos para facilitar sua estada: micro-ondas, fogão, forno, geladeira, cervejeira, além de filtro de água e utensílios.

A varanda também é integrada com a sala e garante um ambiente arejado e confortável com mesa de jantar, máquina de gelo e churrasqueira para reunir os amigos e a família em seu aluguel por temporada.
