The property has 1 suite (with a double bed and an extra bed) and 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and an extra bed, and the other with 1 double bed), all air-conditioned. A spacious, air-conditioned living room with a sofa and Smart TV. The American-style kitchen is fully equipped with a stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, water filter, as well as utensils and appliances. On the balcony, you can enjoy the sea view while savoring a meal.

Our apartment is located in the Ykutiba Imbassai Residential Condominium, right in front of where the river meets the sea. Access to the beach from the main entrance is just a few minutes' walk away (access to the bike path is only available for stays longer than 7 nights). There's also a boardwalk with a bike path that runs alongside the Imbassai River.

The condominium offers 24-hour security, underground parking, and a complete structure with a clubhouse including a swimming pool, bar, playground, and kids' area. For stays longer than 7 nights, you can also enjoy a gym, barbecue area, and party room (these last two are subject to availability and advance booking).

The location is privileged, integrated into the charming village of Imbassaí, situated 65 km from Salvador International Airport and only 12 km from the village of Praia do Forte. In the village, you will find supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, souvenir shops, and a spectacular sight of rare beauty: the meeting of the river and the sea.
