We offer a comfortable and cozy environment, perfect for enjoying with friends and family. The property features two air-conditioned suites on the upper floor and another suite on the ground floor, also air-conditioned. There is also a half bath, a living room with a 40" Smart TV, and the kitchen is fully equipped with top-quality appliances including a microwave, stove, refrigerator, barbecue grill, water filter, and utensils. The outdoor area provides a breezy and comfortable setting with a sofa, external sink, and a table to gather friends and family during your stay. There is also a laundry area equipped with a washing machine. We comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests.

Our apartment is located in the Imbassai Privilege Condominium, a development overlooking the Imbassai river with private access to the beach in front of the natural pools of the Costa dos Coqueiros. There are exclusive roads and bike paths connecting to the center of Imbassai. The condominium offers 24-hour security, parking, a club with adult and children's pools with a support kiosk, a wet deck, gym (not available yet), tennis court, children’s playground, beach tennis court, and a bridge for easy access to swimming in the Imbassai river.

The location is privileged, close to the charming Imbassai Village, situated 65 km from Salvador International Airport and just 12 km from Praia do Forte Village. The veranda features a private pool with 8 hydromassage jets, making it perfect for refreshing, relaxing afternoons and perfect photos! It also provides a breezy and comfortable space with a dining table, sofa, shower, and barbecue grill, ideal for gathering friends and family during your holiday rental.
