Both are air-conditioned. On the ground floor, there is an air-conditioned living room with a Smart TV and a powder room; the kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, water filter, sandwich maker, coffee maker, and microwave; the outdoor area allows everyone to gather for lunch, dinner, or a barbecue with a veranda featuring a rustic table and a counter for food preparation; in the internal patio, there is a service area equipped with a washing machine.
