Charming village duplex in the center of Praia do Forte!

Completely renovated and tastefully redecorated, this apartment (duplex) offers a lot of comfort, functionality and a fantastic location. Perfect for families and groups of up to 8 people!

It has four air-conditioned rooms, being on the ground floor a single suite (+ bunk bed) and a double room with balcony. On the first floor, we have the other two double bedrooms. A full bathroom on the ground floor and another on the first floor that serves the rooms in a shared way.

To get to the entrance of the apartment you have to climb stairs to the first floor of the Village (building). As soon as you enter the apartment (Duplex) we find the living room, open to the American kitchen and the balcony (with a hammock), overlooking the garden and pool. Up the internal stairs, in addition to the access to the rooms, we have a mezzanine with a second living room with Smart TV (60 ") + Sky, a library, and a comfortable sofa. Fully air-conditioned (including the living room), with Internet-Wifi and cable TV The kitchen is complete, all appliances and utensils are new, and at the back, we have access to a balcony/laundry area with washing machine, clothesline, and various utensils.

Condominio Vilarejo do Farol is a small condominium, with only 24 units, familiar and very pleasant. It has a garden area, kiosk, and swimming pool with parasols and chairs. Access is through the 24-hour reception/concierge.

It is located close to the center of the village (100 m) and the beach, close to attractions such as the Tamar Project, Baleia Jubarte Institute, as well as the commercial area.

We offer a comfortable and cozy environment, perfect for enjoying with friends and family. The property features:

• 1 suite with a queen-size bed
• 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (Twin)

Both are air-conditioned, with an airy living room with a sofa bed that can accommodate 1 person, plus a 42” Smart TV. The balcony offers relaxation while enjoying views of the garden and pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, water filter, and utensils and appliances. There is also a small laundry area with a washing machine.

Recommended for groups of up to 4 people and 1 child.

Our apartment is located in the Ykutiba Imbassaí Residential Condominium, right in front of the river meeting the sea. Access to the beach through the main entrance is a few minutes' walk away (access to the bike path is only available for stays longer than 7 nights). A boardwalk with a bike path runs along the Imbassaí River.

The condominium offers 24-hour security, underground parking, and a complete infrastructure with a... Club with swimming pool, bar, playground and kids' area. For stays longer than 7 nights, you can also enjoy a gym, barbecue area and party room (these last two are subject to availability and advance booking).

The location is privileged, integrated into the charming village of Imbassaí, located 65 km from Salvador International Airport, and only 12 km from the village of Praia do Forte. In the village, you will find supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, souvenir shops, as well as a spectacle of rare beauty: the meeting of the river with the sea.
