Welcome to the wonderful 6-suite house, unit B08 in Quintas de Sauípe!

This finely decorated house features 6 suites and a service room, all air-conditioned, comfortably accommodating up to 13 people (including the service room), perfect for large families or groups of friends! Each suite has closets, a Smart TV (in 4 suites), and a private bathroom. Four of the suites are on the upper floor and two are on the ground floor, in the bungalow attached to the house, which is right in front of the pool, with easy access for wheelchair users or people with reduced mobility.

The living room features a large and comfortable sofa, a 60" Smart TV, a Nespresso coffee machine, a sound system, a dining area, and a powder room. The kitchen is fully furnished with a water filter, a 5-burner stove, an oven, an air fryer, a microwave, and all necessary utensils.

In addition to these amenities, you can enjoy an exceptional outdoor area. Starting with the Gourmet Space, which includes a large table, two refrigerators/freezers, a beer cooler, a dual-zone wine cellar for 32 bottles, an ice maker, a barbecue grill, a TV, and a super cozy lounge. The pool is huge, with a wet deck (ideal for children), poolside poufs and garden, sun loungers, and a parasol... you won't want to leave!

The garden is quite large, with ample grassy space, a children's playground, a hammock area, and at the back of the garden, an area with sofas and an outdoor fireplace, perfect for enjoying the evening outdoors in a unique way.

This house is located in the Quintas de Sauipe Condominium, within the... Costa de Sauipe Hotel and Tourist Complex. The complex offers various amenities, such as: a club with a restaurant, games room, gym, and sauna; a beach club/bar; tennis and squash courts; a multi-sports court; a soccer field; playgrounds; a fitness center; and pay-per-use services (housekeeping, massage, transfer service, car and bicycle rental).

Right in the heart of the complex is Vila Nova da Praia, a space offering live music in the bandstand (daily in summer), as well as restaurants, bars, an ice cream parlor, shops, and a pharmacy. Within Vila Nova da Praia there is also the Quermesse da Vila, whose main attraction is an amusement park, in addition to music, dancing, games, food, and drinks typical of June festivals.
