THE APARTMENT WILL BE REOPENED WITH A PRIVATE POOL AND THREE SUITES.

We offer a comfortable, cozy environment, perfect for enjoying with friends and family. The property features 1 suite (with one double bed and one single bed) and 2 bedrooms (one with one double bed and one single bed, and the other with 1 double bed), all with air conditioning. The spacious living room is also air-conditioned, with a sofa and Smart TV. On the balcony, you can relax or prepare a barbecue while enjoying the view of the garden. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, water filter, as well as utensils and appliances. For your convenience, the house also provides additional items for the beach, such as chairs and an umbrella available for guests! We comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.

Our apartment is located in the Ykutiba Imbassaí Residential Condominium, right in front of where the river meets the sea. The main access to the beach is just a few minutes’ walk away from the main entrance (the entrance to the bike path is only available for stays longer than 7 nights), and you will also find a boardwalk with a bike path that follows the course of the Imbassai river.

The condominium offers 24-hour security, underground parking, and complete amenities including a clubhouse with a swimming pool, bar, playground, and kids' area. For stays over 7 nights, you also have access to the gym, barbecue area, and party room (these amenities are subject to availability and prior reservation).

The location is privileged, integrated into the charming village of Imbassaí, situated 65 km from Salvador International Airport and just 12 km from Praia do Forte Village. In the village, you'll find supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, souvenir shops, and a spectacle of rare beauty: the meeting of the river with the sea.
