Both are air-conditioned. On the ground floor there is a powder room and living room with Smart TV and sofa bed. The integrated kitchen is fully equipped with appliances to facilitate your stay: microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator, as well as a water filter and utensils. The veranda guarantees an airy and comfortable environment with a dining table and barbecue to gather friends and family during your vacation rental. Additionally, there is an indoor area with a sofa and armchairs for relaxing in the late afternoons. There is also a service area.

We comfortably accommodate up to 6 people (including the sofa bed).
