Welcome to our luxury home, unit 224 in Reserva Sauípe!

It's located very close to the beach access gate. We offer a comfortable, cozy environment, perfect for enjoying with friends and family. The property has 4 air-conditioned suites on the upper floor; the master suite has a Smart TV, the second suite has a portable crib, the third suite has a bed/house for children up to 4 years old, and the fourth suite has a wooden crib. The living room has a beautiful view of the outdoor area and is integrated with the American-style kitchen, which is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, as well as utensils and appliances. There is also a maid's quarters with a single bed (with air conditioning).

We comfortably accommodate up to 9 people.

In addition to these amenities, you can enjoy an outdoor area that includes a deck, a wonderful private heated pool equipped with several sun loungers, parasols, and a barbecue.
