Welcome to our charming 3-Suite Bungalow, unit J01 in Ykutiba Imbassaí!

We offer a comfortable, cozy environment, perfect for enjoying with friends and family. The property features:

• 1 ground-floor suite with a double bed;
• 1 master suite upstairs with a king-size bed and a beautiful sea view;
• 1 upstairs suite with 2 single beds (twin) and an extra bed (bunk bed).

All rooms are air-conditioned. The living room is air-conditioned and has a comfortable sofa. The garden, with outdoor furniture, is a great place to relax and enjoy the space. The American-style kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, water filter, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, as well as utensils and appliances. There is also a powder room and a laundry area with a washing machine.

Recommended for groups of up to 6 adults and 1 child.

Our apartment is located in the Ykutiba Imbassaí Residential Condominium, right in front of where the river meets the sea. Access to the beach from the main entrance is just a few minutes' walk away (access to the bike path is only available for stays longer than 7 nights). There's also a boardwalk with a bike path that runs alongside the Imbassaí River.

The condominium offers 24-hour security, underground parking, and a complete structure with a clubhouse including a swimming pool, bar, playground, and kids' area. For stays longer than 7 nights, you can also enjoy a gym, barbecue area, and party room (these amenities are subject to availability and reservation advance).

The location is privileged, integrated into the charming village of Imbassaí, situated 65 km from Salvador International Airport and only 12 km from the village of Praia do Forte. In the village, you will find supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, souvenir shops, and a spectacular sight of rare beauty: the meeting of the river and the sea.
