Welcome to our luxury home, unit J14 in Quintas de Sauípe!

We offer a comfortable and cozy environment, perfect for enjoying with friends and family. The property has 4 suites, 3 upstairs suites and 1 ground floor suite, all air-conditioned. The master suite has a queen-size bed, Smart TV, minibar, walk-in closet, whirlpool tub in the bathroom, and a beautiful and spacious balcony overlooking the pool and garden. All suites are very well decorated and have Smart TVs.

The living room is air-conditioned and divided into 3 well-distributed areas - a dining room with a table for 10; a living room with cable TV and a coffee area. A great space to receive your guests, all decorated with style and good taste. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, pantry, as well as utensils and appliances. There is also a service area with 1 bedroom (not air-conditioned), washing machine, WC, freezer, ice maker and table with chairs. The house is a small guesthouse, it has everything you need! We comfortably accommodate up to 10 people (including the staff room).

In addition to these amenities, you can enjoy a spectacular outdoor area! We have a complete gourmet area (with 3 distinct spaces), 2 beer fridges, a barbecue grill, and a 55” Smart TV. A spa area includes a gym, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, hot tub, and sauna. There are several relaxation areas scattered throughout the garden with hammocks, sofas, and beanbag chairs. Completing this enjoyable area, there is also a soccer field.

Our house is located in the Quintas de Sauipe Condominium, within the Costa de Sauipe Hotel and Tourist Complex. The condominium offers various amenities, such as: a club with a restaurant, games room, gym, and sauna; a beach club/bar; tennis and squash courts; a multi-sports court; a soccer field; playgrounds; a fitness center; and pay-per-use services (housekeeping, massage, transfer service, car and bicycle rental).

Right in the heart of the complex is Vila Nova da Praia, a space that offers live music in the gazebo (daily in the summer), as well as restaurants, bars, an ice cream parlor, shops, and a pharmacy. Within Vila Nova da Praia there is also... The Village Fair, whose main attraction is an amusement park, in addition to music, dancing, games, food, and drinks typical of June festivals.
