We offer a comfortable and cozy environment, perfect for enjoying with friends and family. The property has 4 air-conditioned suites (one with a Smart TV). The living room is well-lit and has a Smart TV, as well as a dining room with ample space to receive your guests, all decorated with style and good taste. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, water filter, and utensils and appliances. There is also a service area with a washing machine and a non-air-conditioned maid's room with 1 single bed and a bathroom (availability to be consulted).
We comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.
In addition to these amenities, you can enjoy an exceptional outdoor area. We have a deck, a wonderful private pool, a gourmet area with a barbecue and double-door refrigerator, as well as sun loungers, a hammock, and a beautiful garden.
Our house is located in the Quintas de Sauipe Condominium, within the Costa de Sauipe Hotel and Tourist Complex. The condominium offers various amenities, such as: a club with a restaurant, games room, gym, and sauna; a beach club/bar; tennis and squash courts; a multi-sports court; a soccer field; playgrounds; a fitness center; and pay-per-use services (housekeeping, massage, transfer service, car and bicycle rental).
Right in the heart of the complex is Vila Nova da Praia, a space that offers live music in the bandstand (daily in summer), as well as restaurants, bars, an ice cream parlor, shops, and a pharmacy. Within Vila Nova da Praia there is also the Quermesse da Vila, whose main attraction is an amusement park, in addition to music, dancing, games, food, and drinks typical of June festivals. A casa oferece boas acomodações, anfitrião flexível Qto as horário de checkin e checkout, porém na casa não havia bebedouro nem gelágua, além disso tb as tvs do serviam de enfeite pq a SKY não funcionava e a tv não era smart, então não funcionava Netflix, Amazon ou qq outra coisa! Precisa de carro para mercados e qq outra coisa!
