Just 300 meters from the center of Praia do Forte and the beach, this well-decorated house with a pool and barbecue area, renovated just a few years ago, has everything you need for your vacation.

The house offers 4 air-conditioned bedrooms (3 suites), with the first suite on the ground floor featuring a double bed, two spacious suites upstairs with access to a private balcony, and one bedroom with three single beds (plus a trundle bed). It can comfortably accommodate a family of up to 10 people (including children).

On the ground floor, you will find a large and comfortable living room with a 50" TV (with Apple TV) and a half-bath. The space is integrated with the kitchen, which is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils. Behind the kitchen is the laundry area with a washing machine and an additional single bedroom.

The entrance to the house is through a large and cozy side veranda! This leads to a wonderful Gourmet Area (with barbecue, cooktop, beverage fridge, etc.), pool, and garden, where there are tables and sun loungers for you to fully enjoy the Bahia sun. The outdoor area of the house is fantastic! Well maintained and private.

We provide bed linens and towels for your stay. Free Wi-Fi.

To reach the beach, the best way is to take the pathway through the alley that goes down between the houses to the seafront—a beautiful 5-minute walk. Inside the condo, there is also a children's playground and direct access to the Praia do Forte village.

The Porto das Baleias Condo is well managed, with a 24-hour gatehouse and security. It is located close to the village center (300m) and attractions such as Projeto Tamar, Instituto Baleia Jubarte, as well as the shopping area. And the best part is, you can walk everywhere!


Important notes:
- Minimum stay of 3 nights during high season and 7 nights during low season.
- It is mandatory to hire the housekeeper for the duration of your stay. The fee for this service is paid separately. The housekeeper does not stay overnight in the house.
