The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, double-door refrigerator, microwave, and various utensils and appliances. We comfortably accommodate up to 10 people.

The outdoor area is a charm in itself: it features a veranda to relax by the private pool, and a gourmet area in a separate kiosk with a barbecue and bar, ideal for your leisure during the day!

This house is located in the Reserva Sauípe Condominium, a luxury condominium situated within the Costa do Sauípe tourist complex.
